When you request a quote, we may receive your name, email address, business name, selected or preferred package, website address, information about your business and project goals, plus the legal-policy versions displayed at submission.

How information is used

We use submitted information to review inquiries, prepare useful replies or quotes, administer accepted projects, prevent abuse, measure site and advertising performance, and maintain necessary business records. A project inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to general marketing.

Hosting, forms and email

The site relies on third-party hosting, form-processing and email infrastructure. Information submitted through the site may be processed by those providers so Orlaxis can receive and respond to the inquiry.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Orlaxis uses Google Analytics and may use Google Ads measurement to understand site usage and advertising performance. Depending on browser settings and consent signals, these services may process device/browser information, viewed pages, interactions, referrer information, approximate location, advertising identifiers or click identifiers.

Payments

If a project proceeds to payment, PayPal or another third-party payment provider may process payer, billing, payment-method, device and transaction information under its own policies. Orlaxis does not store full card details entered on that provider’s checkout.

Sharing and retention

Orlaxis does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as reasonably needed for hosting, forms, email, analytics, security, payments or project delivery, or where required by law. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for business, accounting, security and legal purposes.

Security and choices

Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations, by contacting Orlaxis through the project inquiry process.
