1. Who operates this site
Orlaxis is an independent digital-services business serving clients remotely.
2. Information we collect from forms
If you submit the project inquiry form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, selected package, website URL, business offering, requested timeframe, service area and project goals. If you begin a project reservation, we may collect the business email you enter together with the selected package, deposit amount and reservation timestamp so we can identify and follow up on the reservation. Forms may also record the version of the Website Terms and Privacy Policy presented when you submit them.
3. Payment and reservation information
When you continue to a project reservation, payment is processed on a third-party payment provider such as Payoneer. The provider may collect payer identity, business, billing, payment method, device and transaction information under its own privacy policy. Orlaxis may receive transaction status, payer identification, amount, currency and related payment records needed to match and administer the project. Orlaxis does not receive or store the full card number entered on the payment provider’s checkout.
4. How we use information
We use information to review inquiries, respond to potential clients, match reservation payments, confirm project details, prepare proposals, deliver accepted projects, prevent abuse, measure website and advertising performance and keep necessary business records. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to general marketing communications.
5. Hosting, forms and email
This website uses third-party hosting and form-processing infrastructure. Project inquiries and reservation-start records may be processed and stored by the hosting provider, and form notifications may be transmitted through an email provider so we can respond and administer projects.
6. Analytics and advertising measurement
Orlaxis may use analytics and advertising measurement services, including Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, to understand site usage and evaluate advertising performance. Depending on configuration, consent signals and browser settings, these services may process device and browser information, pages viewed, interactions, referrer information, approximate location, advertising identifiers or click identifiers and similar measurement data. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics, advertising and security providers may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies where enabled. You can control many of these technologies through browser settings and the privacy or advertising controls offered by the relevant provider. Where applicable law requires additional consent, measurement may be limited based on the consent mechanism or platform signals in use.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small digital-services business to protect information. No internet transmission, payment platform or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable accounting, transaction, recordkeeping and legal requirements, by using the project inquiry form and identifying the email address used for your submission.
12. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services, including payment providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. A link does not imply that Orlaxis controls the third party’s data practices.
13. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the website, services, payment flow or data practices change. The date above identifies the version currently published.
