These terms govern use of getorlaxis.com, project inquiries and any project-reservation flow offered by Orlaxis.

Inquiries and project acceptance

Submitting a quote or project inquiry does not require either party to proceed. Custom work begins only after the project scope, deliverables, price, timeline and applicable revision limits are confirmed in writing.

Pricing and scope

Website package prices shown on the site are starting prices. The final project price depends on the agreed scope. If requested features require work beyond a starting package, the adjusted scope and price are confirmed before custom work begins.

Reservations and payments

Visitors may request a free quote without payment. For visitors who are already ready to move forward, Orlaxis may also offer an optional package reservation through PayPal. Any reservation deposit is credited toward the agreed project price. A reservation payment does not by itself create final project acceptance: scope, deliverables, price, timeline and revision limits are still confirmed in writing before custom work begins. If Orlaxis cannot accept the requested project and no mutually acceptable scope is agreed before work begins, the reservation deposit will be refunded. Payments are processed by a third-party provider, which may display the legal name of the account holder and applies its own terms and privacy practices. Payments for Orlaxis website services are commercial payments for goods or services and should not be sent using a personal friends-and-family payment type.

Cancellations and timelines

Once custom work begins, cancellation, refunds and amounts due are governed by the written project terms and applicable law. Any timeline shown by Orlaxis is a target rather than a guarantee and can depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, content, approvals, revisions and third-party services.

No guaranteed business results

Orlaxis does not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic, lead volume, sales or revenue. Websites are built for clarity, usability, technical foundations and practical conversion paths, while commercial results depend on factors outside the website build.

Examples and client work

Items expressly labeled as real client work represent completed client projects. Other industry examples or interface concepts are illustrative and are not testimonials, endorsements or claims of client results.

Client information and approvals

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of business claims, credentials, prices, images and other materials they provide or approve for publication. Orlaxis may help structure or refine content without independently verifying every claim.

Ownership and third-party materials

Ownership and handoff of custom website deliverables are governed by the written project scope and payment terms, subject to third-party licenses and services that remain governed by their own terms.

Acceptable use and availability

You may not use the site, forms or related services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious activity. The public site is provided on an available basis; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Electronic communications and changes

By submitting an inquiry, you consent to communications reasonably necessary to respond to that request and administer any resulting project. These communications do not automatically enroll you in general marketing. These terms may be updated as the site and services change.
