Website Terms
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Website Terms govern your use of getorlaxis.com, its project inquiry form and project-reservation flow. By using the site, submitting an inquiry, or checking an acceptance box before continuing to a payment provider, you agree to these Website Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
2. Orlaxis and payment identity
Orlaxis is a trade name used for an independent digital-services business. A third-party payment provider may display the legal name of the account holder during checkout or on payment records. That display does not change the package, deposit or project information shown on this site.
3. Inquiries and project acceptance
Submitting a project inquiry does not require either party to proceed. Paying a reservation deposit reserves the selected starting package, but custom work begins only after the project brief, scope, deliverables, timeline, revision limits and remaining balance have been confirmed in writing.
4. Package pricing, deposits and remaining balance
Package prices shown on the site are starting prices. The Starter, Launch and Growth reservation deposits shown on the site are credited toward the final agreed project price and are not added on top of that price. A deposit does not guarantee that every requested feature is included in the starting package. If the requested scope requires additional work, the adjusted scope and price are confirmed before custom work begins.
5. If the selected package is not a fit
If Orlaxis determines before custom work begins that the selected package cannot reasonably cover the requested project, the parties may agree to a revised scope or package. If no revised scope is accepted, the reservation deposit may be refunded through the available payment channel, subject to applicable law and any non-refundable fees retained by the payment provider.
6. Cancellations after work begins
Once custom work has begun, cancellation, refunds and amounts due for work already performed are governed by the written project terms and applicable law. Where no more specific written term applies, Orlaxis may retain or charge an amount reasonably corresponding to work already performed and committed project costs.
7. Timelines
Any timeline shown is a typical target, not a guarantee. Delivery may depend on project complexity, client responsiveness, content and asset availability, revisions, third-party services, approvals and integrations.
8. Results and marketing claims
Orlaxis does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, revenue, lead volume, sales or other business outcomes. Website performance and commercial results depend on factors outside the website build.
9. Industry examples
Industry examples, interface concepts and sample directions shown on this site are illustrative concepts. They are not testimonials, completed client projects, endorsements or claims of customer results unless expressly identified otherwise.
10. Client content and approvals
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of business information, claims, credentials, pricing, images and other materials they provide or approve for publication. Orlaxis may help structure or refine content but does not independently verify every client claim.
11. Ownership and third-party materials
After the agreed project balance is paid, the client receives ownership of the custom website deliverables identified in the project scope, subject to disclosed third-party licenses, services, fonts, stock assets, software and other materials that remain governed by their own terms.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use the site, forms or payment flow to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, abusive or infringing material, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, or submit information or payments you are not authorized to provide.
13. Third-party services and payment processing
The site relies on third-party hosting, analytics, communications and payment services. Project deposits are processed by Payoneer or another identified third-party provider. Orlaxis does not collect or store full card details entered on the payment provider’s site. Third-party providers have their own terms, fees and privacy practices.
14. Site availability and disclaimer
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but the public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orlaxis does not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete error-free operation, or that general information on the site is suitable for every business situation.
15. Limitation for website use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orlaxis is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Separate written project terms govern paid client services.
16. Electronic communications
By submitting an inquiry or reserving a project, you consent to electronic communications reasonably necessary to respond to the request, confirm reservation and payment-related information and discuss or deliver the project. These actions do not automatically subscribe you to general marketing.
17. Changes
These Website Terms may be updated as the site, services, payment flow or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the version currently published.
18. Contact
